Convertus Advanced Aeration Composting Facility
The Manassas facility was designed to minimize the region’s environmental footprint, while producing top-quality renewable resources in a safe and sustainable manner. Using cutting-edge aerated static pile technology, the facility processing times range from 60 to 75 days, a process that is 4-5X faster than windrow composting. Annually, 100,000 tonnes of green bin waste is converted into compost, mulch and soil amendments.

Premium, locally made compost that’s perfect for enriching existing soil to give plants and lawns the nutrients they need to grow stronger and more beautiful. Safe for people, pets, and plants.
Available in bulk (e.g., 1 cubic yard), or by purchasing smaller quantities in buckets or totes.
DIRECTIONS
Lay 2 inches on top of the existing soil and then till it into the soil to a depth of 6-8 inches.
Bulk Compost: Topdressing
Certified, premium and local compost designed specifically for putting on top of existing lawns and plant beds. Safe for people, pets, plants.
